The program is designed and executed by The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa under the leadership of Dr. Javnyuy Joybert and sponsored by Lilly Mbinglo, Founder, The Ark NPS.
The fellowship is fully online and self-pace.

This program is focused on Cameroonians who want to be entrepreneurs, but are being held back because of a lack of information or training:
- Do you desire to start and run a successful business?
- Do you have an idea and you are confused on what to do next?
- Do you doubt if your idea will succeed in the market?
- Do you worry if you have the right skills to start and grow a successful business?
- Do you want to become a thriving entrepreneur?
Important information:
- Do not apply if you are already running a business.
- This program is specific to Cameroonian wannabe entrepreneurs who already have a business idea and are planning to start a business.
- Only 50 people will be selected.
